Terms of Use

Last Updated: April 19, 2026

1. Subject Matter and Scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the digital platform named "Culizen" (hereinafter the "Service"), which is provided through the website (culizen.gr), the web application (app.culizen.gr), and through mobile applications made available via application stores.

The website (culizen.gr) operates as a point of information and access to the Service and provides limited functions, such as indicatively a contact form and the ability to transition to the web application. The use of the website is also governed by these Terms, to the extent applicable.

The Service is owned and operated by the company under the name CULIZEN SOFTWARE ΙΔΙΩΤΙΚΗ ΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΟΥΧΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ (CULIZEN SOFTWARE Private Company), with registered seat in the Municipality of Athens, Attica (16 Kifisias Avenue, P.C. 11526), VAT No. 803230894, Tax Office D.O.Y. KE.FO.D.E. Attikis, and GEMI No. 192608303000, electronic contact address info@culizen.gr (hereinafter the "Company").

These Terms of Use govern exclusively the access to and use of the Service by professional users within the framework of their business or professional activity. By accessing, registering, installing, or using the Service, you declare and warrant that you act solely in your capacity as a professional, self-employed person, or legal entity and that you use the Service for purposes directly related to your business activity. The Service is not addressed to consumers. Any use by a natural person for personal, private, or domestic purposes is expressly prohibited.

Accordingly, when we refer to the "User" we mean every person to whom the use of the Service is addressed and who visits or uses the Service, regardless of registration. When we refer to the "Registered User" or "Member" we mean any user who has created an account and has obtained access to the functions of the Service. When we refer to an "Account" we mean the set of access credentials and data associated with a registered user. "User" also means any visitor of the website (culizen.gr), even without creating an account, to the extent they interact with the available functions thereof, such as in particular the contact form or navigation towards the Service.

Access to or use of the Service, including the creation of an account or the download and installation of the application, constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. In case you do not agree with all or part thereof, you must immediately cease using the Service and not proceed with further access or use of it.

2. Description of the Service

"Culizen" is an online software platform (web application) designed for professional use by businesses in the hospitality and catering industry. The Service is addressed exclusively to professionals, such as indicatively chefs, restaurant owners, catering businesses, kitchen managers, and other persons who have the required experience, expertise, and judgment to manage operational data in the hospitality sector.

Through the Service, an integrated digital environment is provided for the management and analysis of kitchen operations, which allows users to record, organize, and process data related to their activity, such as recipes, invoices, supplier details, and cost data.

In particular, the Service includes functions that support, among others, the analysis and costing of recipes, the processing and extraction of data from invoices through optical character recognition (OCR) technologies, the management of stock and suppliers, as well as the evaluation of product and menu performance (menu engineering). At the same time, artificial intelligence functions are embedded, which are used to produce analyses, estimates, and suggestions based on the data entered by the user.

The Service operates as a tool for supporting and organizing the operational processes of the persons to whom it is addressed and does not substitute the professional judgment of the user. The proper use of its functions presupposes the appropriate assessment and verification of data by the user themselves.

The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify, upgrade, limit, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, part or all of the Service, without prior notice, where this is deemed necessary for technical, operational, commercial, or legal reasons.

3. User Registration – Account Management

The user may register either through a third-party identification provider account (via Google-gmail) or through direct registration using an email address. In the case of registration with email, the activation of the account is completed after verification of the email address via a relevant message sent to the user.

Upon registration, the user is required to provide details such as full name, email address, and to create a strong password. Their details must be accurate and up to date. By creating an account, the user declares and warrants that they have reached the 18th year of age, have full legal capacity, and act within the framework of their professional or business activity, either as a natural person – self-employed person or as a representative of a legal entity. The Company is entitled to rely on this declaration and bears no liability in case of inaccurate declaration by the user.

Upon completion of the registration process, the user obtains access to the functions of the Service according to the subscription package in force from time to time (see Section 5) and these Terms. The email address declared upon registration is considered the primary means of communication with the Company and the user must keep it active and up to date. A registration confirmation message is sent to the user's email address.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access credentials (username and password) and for any activity carried out through their account. Any action carried out through the account is presumed to be carried out by the user themselves, who bears full liability for it. The user must take all appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.

The use of the Service must be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, these Terms, and the principles of good faith and business ethics. The use of automated means or systems (such as indicatively bots, scripts, or other non-human methods) for access to or use of the Service is expressly prohibited, as is any use for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Any information, data, or content entered or managed on the platform must be lawful and used based on the rights held by the user. The user bears sole responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and suitability of the data they enter.

The user retains ownership of the data they enter into the Service, such as indicatively recipes, supplier details, invoices, and other operational data. Any information, data, or content entered or managed by the user on the platform must be lawful and used based on the rights held. The user acknowledges and accepts that they bear sole responsibility for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and updating of this data, as well as for the right to process and record it in the Service. The Company bears no liability for the content of data entered by the user nor for any infringement of third-party rights. The Company bears no liability for loss of data due to technical failure, human error, third-party action, or force majeure event.

The user accepts that the use of the Service may entail financial obligations, in accordance with the subscription plan selected from time to time, and authorizes the Company to proceed with the agreed charges, in accordance with the terms described herein.

The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse registration, to suspend temporarily, or to delete permanently a user account, after prior two (2) days' notice to the user at the declared email address, in case of breach of these Terms of Use, conduct contrary to good faith and business ethics, abuse of the Service, exceeding technical limits. In case of creation of a risk to the security or operation of the platform or to the lawful rights of third parties, the Company may proceed to temporary suspension or closure of the account without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The use of the Service presupposes the activation of a subscription package, which provides access to specific functions of the Platform, as these are described from time to time on the website and/or application of Culizen. The available subscription plans, their content, and the relevant cost are determined by the Company and may be modified at its discretion. Before the activation of any subscription, the user receives clear and complete information regarding the basic characteristics of the Service, the duration of the subscription, the total cost, the payment terms, as well as the terms of renewal and termination thereof. Upon completion of the registration and activation of the subscription, the user expressly requests the immediate commencement of the provision of the Service and acknowledges that, once the provision of the Service has begun, they have no right of withdrawal.

All prices displayed are shown exclusive of the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. The payment of the subscription is made in advance for the entire selected period (monthly or annual), upon the commencement or renewal of the subscription.

The Company may offer a free trial period or a free package of limited use, in order for users to evaluate the Service. In case of a free trial period, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability or performance. In case of upgrade to a paid subscription, the user accepts that the payment of the subscription is final and no refund is provided, even in case of early termination of the use of the Service.

The user has the option to choose the automatic renewal of their subscription, so that it is renewed for a period equal to the initial one, upon its expiry. The activation or deactivation of the automatic renewal is the responsibility of the user. In case of activation of the automatic renewal, the user authorizes the Company to proceed with the relevant charge at the price in force at the time of renewal. The user is expressly informed about the automatic renewal upon activation of the subscription and has the option to discontinue it at any time through the settings of their account. Failure to deactivate the automatic renewal in due time entails the charge of the next subscription period.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, indicatively through Stripe, in a secure transaction environment. The Company does not collect or store credit or debit card details or other sensitive payment details. All transactions are carried out directly through the systems of the relevant provider, in accordance with applicable security standards. The Company bears no liability for any transaction failures, delays, payment rejections, or additional charges that may be imposed by the payment provider.

The Company reserves the right to modify its pricing policy at any time, including subscription packages and relevant charges. Any changes do not affect already active subscriptions but apply to new subscriptions or upon renewal of existing subscriptions.

In case of non-timely payment of the subscription or failure to complete the payment, the Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue the user's access to the Service, until settlement of the debt.

The cost of the subscription is determined in the Service and may be modified.

5. Subscriptions and Duration of Use

The Service is provided on the basis of subscription packages, which are defined and described on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to modify the packages and their characteristics, without retroactive effect for already active subscriptions.

The Company provides free trial access of thirty (30) days' duration (hereinafter "Trial"). During the Trial, the User has limited access to the functions of the Application. The charge will take place after the expiry of the Trial even if they choose early activation of a subscription.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Trial at any time and/or to limit functions.

Upon expiry of the Trial, access may be suspended until the activation of a subscription.

Upon selection of a subscription package, the User is redirected to the secure environment of the Stripe platform for the completion of the payment. The User is required to enter payment card details, billing details, including business name.

The completion of the payment entails the conclusion of a binding subscription contract, the acceptance of the charge of the corresponding amount, plus the applicable VAT.

After the successful completion of the transaction, the User's access to the Application continues uninterrupted and the selected subscription package is activated.

The User may, during the Trial, select a subscription package through the "Subscription" section in the settings of their account. During this process, the User is redirected again to the Stripe environment, selects a package through the "Upgrade" function, and enters the required payment details. In this case, the subscription is "locked" (reservation of subscription plan), the charge is not made immediately, and the User's card is automatically charged upon expiry of the Trial. The User is informed in advance of the amount of the charge and the start date of billing.

Access to the Service depends on the active subscription. Upon expiry of the subscription, the Company may limit or suspend access to functions of the Platform.

The user's data may be retained for a reasonable period of time after the expiry of the subscription, in order to facilitate possible reactivation, unless deletion is requested.

In case of permanent account deletion, data may be permanently deleted without possibility of recovery.

6. User Data and Platform Operation

The Service provides users with the ability to record, store, organize, and process data related to the operation of their business, such as indicatively recipes, ingredients, invoices, supplier details, financial data, cost data, stock data, and other operational information ("User Data"), as well as related files or media.

The data entered into the Platform are the property of the user, who retains full control thereof. The user is solely responsible for the legality of the collection and processing of the data, for its accuracy, completeness, and updating, as well as for the right of use and recording in the Service. The Company bears no liability for the content of the data entered by users nor for any infringement of third-party rights that may arise therefrom.

The operation of the Service, including the results produced by the analysis, costing, OCR, and artificial intelligence tools, is based exclusively on the data recorded by the user. As a result, any inaccuracy, error, or deviation in the results may be due to incomplete, erroneous, or outdated data, for which the Company bears no liability.

The information, estimates, and calculations provided through the Service are of a supportive and indicative nature and do not constitute guaranteed or binding results. The user must evaluate the data produced and make the relevant business decisions at their own responsibility.

Access to the data recorded on the Platform is limited to the user themselves and/or persons to whom they have granted access rights (indicatively through the "Venues" function). The Company bears no liability for any unauthorized access resulting from the use of the user's login credentials by third parties, nor for any internal disclosure or management of data within the user's business.

The user is required to take the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the access credentials and to prevent any unauthorized use of their account. The Company is not liable for loss or leakage of data due to breach of access credentials, malicious actions by third parties, cyber-attacks, phishing, or other similar actions.

The Company takes appropriate technical and organizational measures for the security and protection of data, including the use of modern infrastructure technologies and backups. However, the possibility of technical errors, malfunctions, service interruptions, or security incidents cannot be completely ruled out, which may lead to loss, alteration, or unavailability of data.

For this reason, users must keep independent copies of the data they enter into the Service. The Company does not guarantee the preservation or possibility of recovery of data in case of deletion, technical failure, or other loss, nor does it bear any liability for any loss, access limitation, or alteration of data.

In case the user proceeds with the deletion or modification of data within the Platform, they acknowledge that this action may be irreversible and that the Company is not obliged to recover the relevant information.

In particular, as regards data related to nutritional information, allergens, calories, or product composition, the user acknowledges that the accuracy thereof depends exclusively on the data that they themselves enter. The Company provides no guarantee as to the correctness of this information and bears no liability for any damage or harm, including health issues, that may arise from its use.

7. User Obligations

The user is required to use the Service exclusively in a manner consistent with applicable legislation, these Terms of Use, and the principles of good faith and business ethics. The use of the Service must be lawful, fair, and must not prejudice the rights of the Company or third parties.

The user acknowledges that the Service constitutes a tool to support operational processes and is not intended to be used as the sole basis for making business, financial, or commercial decisions. Any use of the results of the Service is made at the sole responsibility of the user, who is required to make an independent professional assessment.

The user must refrain from any act or omission that may cause damage, malfunction, overload, or destabilization of the Service or the infrastructures that support it. In particular, the use of the Service in a manner that violates or may violate intellectual property rights, personal data protection rights, or any other lawful right of third parties is prohibited.

The user undertakes not to enter, store, circulate, or make available through the Service any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, threatening, or harmful, nor to use the Service for the promotion or support of illegal activities.

The use of the Service for the collection, processing, or exploitation of personal data in breach of applicable legislation is expressly prohibited, as is the processing of data of minors without the lawful basis and required safeguards. The user declares and warrants that they have the lawful right to record, process, and use the data contained in invoices, receipts, and other documents they enter into the Service. The Company bears no liability for any unlawful processing of third-party data carried out through the Service by the user.

The user is required to use the Service in a manner that does not impede its smooth operation or the access of other users. It is not permitted to introduce or disseminate malicious software, such as indicatively viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful mechanisms, nor any attempt of unauthorized access to systems, servers, databases, or infrastructures of the Company or its partners.

The user is required to use exclusively the official means of communication of the Service for the submission of requests, reports, or observations and to keep their contact details, particularly the declared email address, active and up to date.

The use of the Service is governed by a binding contractual relationship for the period of validity of the subscription or use of the Platform. The user may not assign or transfer rights or obligations arising from the use of the Service without the prior written consent of the Company. The user is solely responsible for managing the access rights of third parties acting within their account, including partners, employees, or other users. Any action carried out through these accounts is deemed an action of the user themselves.

The Company reserves the right to transfer, assign, or delegate to third parties all or part of its rights and obligations arising from these Terms, within the framework of business continuity or organizational restructuring.

In case of breach of the above obligations, the Company may limit, suspend, or immediately terminate the user's access to the Service, without prior notice, and exercise any lawful right or legal remedy for the protection of its interests.

The above obligations are of an indicative nature and do not limit any other obligations of the user arising from these Terms of Use, applicable legislation, or any specific provisions set out in other parts hereof.

The user must comply with all obligations set out in these Terms, as they are in force from time to time.

8. Personal Data

The Company attaches particular importance to the protection of users' personal data and processes such data in accordance with the applicable European and national legal framework for the protection of personal data.

The terms governing the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data are described in detail in the Company's Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral and binding part of these Terms of Use.

By accepting these Terms and using the Service, the user declares that they have taken note of the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The entire Service, including indicatively the software, source and object code, architecture, structure, and operation of systems, algorithms, databases, user interface (UI/UX), graphics, texts, depictions, as well as any related technical or creative element (hereinafter collectively the "Content"), constitutes the exclusive intellectual and industrial property of the Company and is protected by the applicable Greek, Union, and international legislation.

The visual design, layout, and graphical interface of the Service are additionally protected as a registered industrial design at the Industrial Property Organisation (OBI), with registration number GRDS202507591. Any reproduction or exploitation of these elements without prior permission is prohibited.

The name "Culizen", the logos, and any related distinctive features constitute trademarks and/or distinctive features of the Company and may not be used without its prior express written consent.

By accepting these Terms, no ownership right over the Service or its Content is transferred to the user. Exclusively a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right of use of the Service is granted, exclusively for the needs of the user's professional activity and in accordance with these Terms.

The user is expressly prohibited, without prior written permission of the Company, from proceeding, directly or indirectly, to any act concerning, indicatively but not restrictively: the copying, reproduction, storage, modification, adaptation, translation, distribution, publication, commercial exploitation, or exploitation in any way whatsoever of the Content or the Service, in whole or in part.

In particular, the disassembly, decompilation, or reverse engineering of the Service is prohibited, as well as any attempt to extract the source code, logic of operation, algorithms, or know-how embedded therein.

Furthermore, the use of the Service or its individual elements for the development, creation, or support of a competing product or service, as well as the incorporation, reproduction, or display of the Service on another platform, application, or environment, is prohibited, without prior written permission of the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided to the user "as is" and "as available", within the framework of a dynamically evolving digital software platform, which embeds functions of data processing, artificial intelligence, optical character recognition (OCR), recipe analysis, cost estimation, nutritional profiling, allergen detection, and operational support. The Company makes every reasonable effort for the smooth, secure, and functionally adequate provision of the Service but does not provide any express or implied warranty as to the continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, absolute security, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Service for a specific purpose.

In particular, the user acknowledges and accepts that the artificial intelligence functions embedded in the Service, indicatively through technologies such as Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude, are used exclusively as auxiliary and supportive tools. The results produced may contain deficiencies, inaccuracies, erroneous data connections, incorrect unit conversions, incorrect financial estimates, or unexpected results, including phenomena generally known as "hallucinations". For this reason, no warranty is provided as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the results produced through the artificial intelligence functions.

The user expressly acknowledges that any result, analysis, costing, estimate, nutritional information, allergen labelling, or other information produced or presented through the Service is of an exclusively informative, indicative, and supportive nature and does not constitute professional, business, accounting, financial, nutritional, medical, or other specialized advice. The final assessment, verification, and use of this information belongs exclusively to the user, who is required to perform independent human verification before any business decision, commercial use, food preparation, product distribution, or provision of information to customers, partners, or consumers.

In particular, as regards nutritional analysis, calories, composition, ingredients, and allergens, the user accepts that the accuracy of any related information depends directly on the quality, completeness, and correctness of the data entered into the Platform. The Company does not guarantee the correctness or completeness of the relevant information and bears no liability for allergic reactions, health problems, labelling omissions, or other adverse consequences that may arise from the use, exploitation, or disclosure of this information. The responsibility for the verification of food information, compliance with the relevant legislation, and the information of final recipients lies exclusively with the user.

Furthermore, the Service relies substantially on the data that users themselves record, upload, update, or otherwise enter, such as indicatively raw material prices, invoices, supplier details, financial data, labor cost data, operating expenses, stock data, and other operational information. As a result, the Company bears no liability for incorrect costing, inaccurate financial conclusions, erroneous stock reflection, supply chain inadequacy, incorrect profitability analyses, or any other operational consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate data entered by the user or by third parties acting on their behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company bears no liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or follow-on damage related to the use or inability to use the Service. These damages include, indicatively and not restrictively, financial losses, lost profits, loss of business opportunities, incorrect costing of food or services, loss of stock, deficiencies or malfunctions in the supply chain, loss of account security, loss of data, breach of its integrity, delays, suspension of operation, technical malfunctions, AI or OCR errors, errors or interruptions in payments through third-party providers, as well as any other damage arising directly or indirectly from the operation of the Platform or from the user's dependence on its results.

The Company is also not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service and infrastructure providers, including, indicatively, cloud, hosting, database, AI services, authentication services, payment services, or other technology partners. The user acknowledges that the smooth operation of the Platform depends, among others, on the proper operation of third-party services, such as indicatively Supabase, Google Cloud, Anthropic, and Stripe, and that any unavailability, delay, limitation of operation, or technical failure of these providers may affect the operation of the Service without establishing liability of the Company.

The Company makes reasonable efforts for a high level of availability of the Service but does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or free from errors. Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, scheduled or emergency maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, connectivity limitations, or problems concerning external systems and user equipment do not establish fault of the Company nor a right to compensation. Also, the Company does not guarantee the preservation, integrity, or possibility of recovery of data in case of technical failure, interruption of operation, or other incident.

The Company bears no liability for inability or delay in the fulfilment of its obligations, insofar as this is due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, in particular, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, floods, epidemics, pandemics, interruptions of electricity or telecommunications networks, government measures or restrictions, social unrest, strikes, acts of war, terrorist acts, large-scale cyber-attacks, or generalized inability to use public or private communication networks. In such cases, the performance of the Company's obligations is suspended for as long as the relevant event lasts, without any compensation liability arising.

In any event, and only if any liability of the Company is definitively recognized in accordance with applicable law, such liability is limited exclusively to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and cannot in total exceed the amount corresponding to the subscription paid by the user for the last billing cycle prior to the event from which the relevant claim arises.

11. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Service may include references, links, or embeds to third-party websites, platforms, or services, and may display or make available products or services of third-party partners. These references are provided exclusively for the convenience and information of the user.

The Company exercises no control over the content, operation, availability, or terms of use of such third-party services and does not provide any warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, security, or legality. Consequently, access to and use of these services is carried out exclusively at the user's responsibility.

Any interaction, transaction, or communication of the user with third-party providers, including the provision of personal or other data, is carried out independently of the Company. The Company bears no liability for the processing, use, security, or possible breach of data disclosed by the user to third parties.

Similarly, the Company is not liable for acts, omissions, policies, or practices of third-party partners, nor for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of services or content provided by them.

12. Amendment of Terms

The Company reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Use at any time, for reasons related in particular to compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework in force from time to time, the evolution of the Service, the integration of new functions, or the improvement of the security and functionality of the Platform.

The Terms in force from time to time are published on the Service and take effect from the moment of their publication, unless otherwise specified. The Company may, at its discretion, inform users of material amendments through the available channels of communication.

The continuation of access to or use of the Service after the amended Terms take effect constitutes full and unreserved acceptance thereof. In case the user does not agree with the amendments, they must cease using the Service.

13. Duration and Termination

These Terms of Use apply from the moment of their acceptance by the user and remain in force for as long as the user maintains an active account or uses the Service in any way.

The user may at any time cease using the Service, by proceeding, where technically feasible, to delete their account or cease using the Platform. The cessation of use does not release the user from any financial or other obligations already incurred.

The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to limit, suspend temporarily, or permanently terminate the user's access to the Service, without prior notice, in particular in cases of breach of these Terms, illegal or abusive use, exceeding technical limits, risk to the security of the Platform, or for any other important reason.

The Company also reserves the right to discontinue the operation of the Service, in whole or in part, for technical, business, or legal reasons, without any liability arising towards users.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek Law.

For any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or related to the interpretation, application, or performance of these Terms or the use of the Service, the Courts of Athens are designated as exclusively competent, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of law.

15. Final Provisions

In case any provision of these Terms is deemed null, invalid, or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity and effect of the remaining provisions, which remain fully valid and enforceable. The invalid provision is replaced, as far as possible, by a provision that approximates the economic and legal purpose of the original.

The non-exercise or delay in the exercise of any right of the Company does not constitute a waiver thereof, nor does it limit the possibility of its future exercise.

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other related document or policy incorporated herein, constitute the total, complete, and exclusive agreement between the Company and the user regarding the use of the Service and prevail over any prior written or oral agreement.

In case of termination or cessation of use of the Service, for any reason, provisions that by their nature are intended to continue to apply even after termination, including in particular provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and data protection, remain in full force and bind the parties.

The user may not assign or transfer, in whole or in part, the rights or obligations arising from these Terms without the prior written consent of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations arising from these Terms to third parties, in particular within the framework of corporate restructuring, merger, or transfer of activity, without prior information or consent of the user being required.

16. Contact

For any question, request, or report related to the Service or these Terms, the user may contact the Company through the available channels of communication, as referred to on the website or in the application, including the electronic contact form and the Company's email address.

Communication via the website takes place through the available contact form and is limited to the submission of requests or questions to the Company.

Communication takes place through the declared details of the user and identity verification may be required for reasons of security and data protection.
